On June 30, 2022, McGraw REALTORS® and McGraw Commercial Properties announced the opening of its first Colorado location at 6799 Bismark Rd, Unit G Colorado Springs, CO with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. After more than 83 years as an exclusively Tulsa metro company, 2020 saw McGraw REALTORS® embark on a rapid expansion, growing from just five offices to twenty-one in three states with the addition of Colorado Springs.
This growth has resulted in record-setting volume and transaction sides for the company. At the close of 2020, McGraw REALTORS® was ranked by RealTrends – a national publication for news, analysis, and information about the residential real estate industry – as one of the top ten fastest-growing brokerages in the country in both volume and transaction sides.
Speaking of the recent growth and expansion into Colorado Springs, company President Bill McCollough said, “When we moved into Colorado, we knew that we wanted to be in Colorado Springs sooner rather than later.
