Best CEO Title in Arkansas Money & Politics’ Best of 2025 Awarded to Bill McCollough
We’re thrilled to celebrate our President & CEO, Bill McCollough, who was voted Best CEO in Arkansas Money & Politics’ Best of 2025. For nearly a decade, his steady leadership, forward vision, and people-first approach have been the foundation of McGraw’s success and continued growth.
Under McCollough’s direction, McGraw has experienced significant expansion across state lines. Five years ago, his leadership guided the acquisition that launched McGraw’s presence in both West Oklahoma and Arkansas, marking a major milestone in the company’s history.
“The acquisition of Anderson properties in 2020 doubled the size of the company in transactions, and gave us an entry point into key markets that created opportunities for expansion across West Oklahoma and Arkansas.” explain McCollough. “With that kind of footprint, we can grow to be 4 times the size of what we are today – the potential growth that came with the acquisition is really what marked it as a major milestone.”
McCollough’s philosophy of ‘no involvement, no commitment’ reflects the heart of his leadership style, and aligns closely with McGraw’s core values.
You can’t pretend to be committed to someone’s success.
“You can’t pretend to be committed to someone’s success.” McCollough stated simply. “You have to be involved in making it happen. That goes for all of the agents, staff, every team within a company- you really have to be committed to one another. You have to show up for people and support them. To be involved, to be committed, is to make an impact on the people around you and help them achieve their goals.”
Being recognized by Arkansas Money & Politics, a leading Arkansas business and political publication that highlights the state’s most influential leaders and organizations, is a tremendous honor. Our Arkansas division, launched through acquisition and fueled by organic growth, has grown at an average rate of 52% each year, expanding to seven offices across Northwest Arkansas, the River Valley, and Central Arkansas. Although McGraw has only been in Arkansas for five years, this division has been a key driver of our growth, helping us proudly become one of the largest independent brokerages in the Natural State.
Recently, during our bi-annual regional sales meetings, McCollough joined the leadership team to share company updates and celebrate the collective progress of our agents across all regions. His message focused on the importance of setting small, intentional goals and on scheduling your priorities rather than prioritizing your schedule. His words left many feeling motivated and refocused. As Arkansas agent Stephanie Burton shared,
“Every time I listen to our President & CEO of McGraw REALTORS® speak, I walk away inspired,” shared Arkansas agent Stephanie Burton. “Surrounding yourself with leaders who pour into you, challenge you, and lift you higher makes all the difference.”
This recognition reflects not only McCollough’s strong leadership, but also the efforts entire McGraw family, including our agents, staff, and leaders, who continue to uphold a legacy of integrity and excellence that began more than 85 years ago.
At McGraw REALTORS®, we are proud of our history and leadership, inspired by our growth, and excited for what lies ahead.
