Wanda is a Fort Smith native and graduate of Fort Smith Senior High School. She attended Westark Community College (now the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith) where she studied real estate sales and practice. She worked at the Sebastian County Courthouse in Greenwood from 1970-1975 in a variety of roles. Wanda and her husband opened Ulmer Real Estate, Inc. in 1975 and over the years have helped countless buyers and sellers achieve their dream of home ownership. Wanda sold her company in 2015 which later became a McGraw REALTORS® office in 2020.

For Wanda the love of family is life’s greatest blessing! She is blessed with one son, two daughters, ten amazing grandchildren, and one great-grandson with another on the way. She is dedicated to her family and spends most of her free time following her children and grandchildren to their many events and activities. She also enjoys working on interior design projects.
