Tim Metcalf is a member of McGraw Realtors Hot Springs office. Tim was born and raised in
Shelbyville, TN. He grew up working in a grocery store his family-owned from the time he was age 6 to age 16. Being in this environment instilled a solid work ethic in him and helped him understand the importance of treating everyone fairly and with respect. His son Matthew Metcalf resides in Benton, is married to Jamie, and Eliana is his precious granddaughter.
He has lived in Central Arkansas for more than 30 years. He is currently the publisher of Lakeside District Living and BeLocal Garland County. Tim has always had a passion for real estate and takes great pride in helping his clients buy or sell their homes.
He is Vice President of the Hot Springs Executive Association, Social Media Specialist for Hot Springs National Park Rotary, and serves as a Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce Ambassador.
