Renee McDougal is a Licensed Sales Associate and member of the McGraw REALTORS® Siloam Springs office. Renee was born in California and soon after moved with her family to Siloam Springs where she was raised. Renee attended Arkansas Tech University and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications. 

Before beginning her career in real estate, Renee was a full time wife, mother and volunteer. After graduating college, Renee obtained her real estate license in 2006. That same year, Renee was awarded Rookie of the Year! That following year, she served as the president of her local realtors association. When Renee isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with family as well as volunteering her time when she can! 

Renee joined McGraw because “my previous and only broker retired and brought in another company that did not fit what I wanted. My daughter and I had worked together at Ward Jones and so we began interviewing with most surrounding companies hoping we could continue. We were not feeling comfortable anywhere until we met with Susie Sparkman and we honestly felt it was meant to be almost immediately. We felt like Susie was a “real” and honest person. We felt what Susie presented in that first meeting was where we could be happy.”
