Royce was born and raised in Brinkley, AR. After graduating from Brinkley High School, He became an EMT-Paramedic in 1989 while pursuing a degree in criminal justice. A few years later he attended East Arkansas Community College to earn his AAS in Nursing. Once completing college in 1997, he started his career as a registered nurse. Royce worked at Baptist Health Little Rock/North Little Rock until leaving in 2020. He obtained his real estate license in 2016 and his broker's license in 2020.
Royce is an active member of the Little Rock and the North Little Rock Chambers of Commerce and serves as co-chair of the NLR-COC Vanguard Committee. After being in Central Arkansas since 1997, when not working in real estate, Royce enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, cooking, gardening, shooting and firearms safety. He is a member of the Arkansas Enterprises for the Developmentally Disabled Auxiliary, the Commercial Real Estate Council of Metro Little Rock and the Joint Community Real Estate Council as well as several other committees and groups. He is a certified Resort and Second Home Property Specialist through the National Association of Realtors.
Royce decided to join the McGraw team because of the culture, the support system as well as the opportunity for property management.
