Lindsey Mott is a Licensed Sales Associate and member of the McGraw REALTORS® Fort Smith office. A native of the River Valley area, Lindsey grew up and graduated high school in Greenwood. She has served with the Air National Guard for nearly 18 years with plans to retire in two years. In addition, she has enjoyed a 10-year career working for the Federal Government.
Lindsey has always been dedicated to education and learning. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith in 2009. In 2019, she achieved another goal by earning her Master of Public Health degree at Liberty University. During her time in the Guard, she earned two Associate of Applied Science degrees in Human Resource Management and Information Technology. She is currently attending cosmetology school.
Lindsey earned her real estate license in 2020 and joined the McGraw team of real estate professionals in 2022. “McGraw has an amazing support staff and provides so many opportunities for me to grow and develop my business. I am excited to be apart of such a fantastic team!”

When not working, Lindsey values time with her children. Her kids are active in a variety of sports, which keeps them on the go. She also enjoys working out, cooking new recipes, and baking tasty treats.
