Kayla is an educated and dedicated professional who had attended Central Baptist College and The University of Central Arkansas. Kayla has 8 years of experience in Property Management and Real Estate Development. Property management led Kayla to multiple promotions which lead her to a Regional Director role where she would oversee 5-7 properties. Kayla is well versed in stabilizing assets and establishing new development properties. Kayla hired, trained and oversaw a team at each asset and worked directly with the investors and owners to achieve their financial goals for each asset. New development assets required extensive market research to brand and tailor to the specific market.
Kayla obtained her Real Estate license in 2023. Kayla's decision to join McGraw REALTORS® was heavily influenced by her friendship with Abbi Netzel. Kayla witnessed Abbi's positive experience and the investment McGraw had made in her professional growth. Kayla's interests extend beyond her work in real estate. Kayla loves coffee, home interiors and decorating. Additionally, Kayla actively participates in her local church. However, her most fulfilling use of time comes from being a wife and devoted mother to her six-year-old daughter whom she considers her greatest investment.
