James began his career in real estate in Jan of 2021 after working as a music educator for over 28 years, 26 of which have been in the central Arkansas area. James grew up in Tontitown, AR (near Fayetteville) and his music profession has allowed him to travel and network throughout Arkansas and many other parts of the country! His knowledge of not just central Arkansas but of the entire state can be very helpful to people trying to relocate to Arkansas.

James lives in Benton with his beautiful wife Michelle where they attend Family Church in Bryant. Together have six children: Ryan, Emma, Aidan, Mia, Aaron and Evan.
