I began my real estate career in 2007 by becoming an Investor; buying properties, fixing them up for flips and keeping some as rentals. I decided to become a Real Estate Broker while floating around on Grand Lake looking at homes with realtor signs in the yards and wondering, what could I do to live here full-time while I'm young enough to enjoy it and still make a living? It was only natural, since I was already buying and selling properties, to help others buy or sell property. So I opened a small brokerage and began transitioning from the Oklahoma City metro area to Northeast Oklahoma and Grand Lake. Over seven or eight years we worked our way into the market, transitioned our investment properties from Edmond to Grand Lake, became a local Grand Lake expert and in August of 2022 merged our operations into McGraw Realtors.
As Managing Broker of McGraw Realtors Grand Lake I'm now able to not just help other people buy and sell properties but have a complete staff of professional Realtors who are experts here in Northeast Oklahoma along with our other local agents available to help anyone throughout the state of Oklahoma. I am able to offer cutting edge real estate technology to keep clients up to date on their transaction, their property and their market. I have a full marketing and information technology staff at my disposal to help at any time so I can spend my time taking care of our associates and clients.
I am one of the few fortunate people who have been able to live out my dreams here in a little piece of paradise called Grand Lake. It would be a pleasure to help you do the same thing.
