Amy Jo Hutcherson
As Broker Manager for our Greenwood office, Amy Jo brings a wealth of real estate experience and expertise to each customer she serves. Licensed since 2007, she has earned a reputation as a hard-working, dedicated professional specializing in residential property sales and marketing throughout the River Valley area. Whether you are a first-time buyer or a seasoned seller, she has the skills to guide you through the process making it as stress-free as possible.
Amy Jo was born in Heber Springs, Arkansas, and is a graduate of Rose Bud High School. She became interested in a career in real estate after working as an executive assistant for an attorney and as a closer for a local title company. She has been recognized with the Silver Level Award for Excellence by the Fort Smith Board of REALTORS®.
In addition to her career in real estate, Amy Jo and her husband run a cattle operation on their 150-acre farm in Shady Point, Oklahoma. She has six amazing grandchildren and spoiling them is by far her favorite pastime.
