Cristie Cernobyl

Hi, I’m Cristie Cernobyl. I was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and raised in Gans, Oklahoma, where I graduated from high school. I earned my degree in Business Administration from Western Governors University, which prepared me well for a career in both business and real estate.

Although I’m new to real estate sales, I do bring related experience to the table. I’m the owner of  a real estate investing firm focused on fix-and-flip projects and creative property solutions. I’ve completed successful renovations and understand what adds value to a home.

Before diving into real estate full time, I worked as an Office Manager and Lead Estimator for a construction contractor. That background gave me hands-on experience with project planning, budgeting, and structural assessments—skills that help me guide my clients confidently whether they’re buying, selling, or investing.

I chose to join McGraw Realtors because I was once a client myself. The level of care and professionalism I received left a lasting impression, and I knew I wanted to be part of a team that operates with that same standard. 

Outside of real estate, I love traveling, being outdoors, and serving at my church. My faith is the foundation of everything I do.
