Sharon Tremor
Executive Broker
My name is Sharon Tremor, and I was born in Richmond, Virginia, but I grew up in Glastonbury, Connecticut. I attended Bay Path College in Longmeadow, Massachusetts, where I earned an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design and Fashion Merchandising in 1984. Later, I furthered my education at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, obtaining a General Studies degree in 2014.
My career in real estate began in 1994 when I became a licensed sales agent in California, working in San Diego County for a decade. In 2004, I made the move to Hot Springs, Arkansas, and by 2005, I had obtained my broker’s license, continuing my real estate career in Central Arkansas ever since. I take great pride in serving my clients, many of whom I’ve maintained lasting relationships with over the years.
In 2020, I was honored to receive the Excellence in Diversity Award from the Arkansas Realtors Association—an achievement that reflects my dedication to inclusivity and service in my profession. Beyond real estate, I am actively involved in my community as a board member of the Park Avenue Community Association, where I support historic preservation and neighborhood initiatives.
Outside of work, I find joy in gardening, culinary arts, and spending time with my husband, sons, and beloved pets. I have a passion for historic sites and properties, and I enjoy staying connected with past clients, often sharing homemade kitchen gifts as a token of appreciation.
I chose to join McGraw because of its strong reputation, longevity, and proven success in the real estate industry. It’s a company that allows me to provide the highest level of service to my clients while continuing to grow in a field I love.
